The apartment is located in the heart of the city. It features a washing machine and dryer, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, and a coffee machine for your convenience. The 2 floored house offers enough space for a pleasant stay, being able to host maximum 5 persons. In the house you will find 2 separate bedrooms, a well equiped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a balcony for smokers, fast internet conexion and a parking space. A vintage cozy house next to the forest. There are fishing rods and a bicycle if you like to explore interesting locations near the house. Grill-Fireplace to cook meat and vegetables, or sit by the fire. You can swim in the pool. There is a workshop if you enjoy creative activities. The house has 2 sofas and folding chair (5 people can sleep) If not staying overnight, up to 9 people can relax. There is no air conditioning, but the house is thermally insulated.

A cozy house with a private yard in the ultra center of the city. The yard with a barbecue area, covered by the shadow of a walnut tree. The windows of the bedroom balcony overlook the crown of the tree and are surrounded by greenery. For wine lovers, there is a deep traditional cellar where you can store your collected Moldavian wine collection and sip a glass without leaving there. A water filter has been installed.

The place is ultra centrally located. You have 3 minutes walk to the central park, 5 minutes walk to the large and awesome Valea Morilor Park and 5 minutes walk to Dendrarium Park. As well, you have everything you need in a 2-3 minutes walking distance - restaurants, pubs, a grocery shop and farmacy. You have your own entrance and the possibility to enjoy the sun on the terrace outside.
