ჩვენი კოტეჯები მდებარეობს ძალიან ხელსაყრელ ადგილზე. მათ ირგვლივ გაშენებულია ეკვალიპტების ტყე რაც სასიამოვნო აურას ქმნის.. 3000 კვადრატულ მიწაზე განთავსებულია 4 კოტეჯი და ეზოში არის აუზი. ზღვიდან კი 5 წუთის სავალზეა; ახლოსაა ქალაქის ცენტრი და პარკი. ირგვლივ სიმშვიდეა და არ არის პრობლემა ხმაურზე.

Квартира-студия на 21 этаже . До моря пешком 10-15минут. Рядом супермаркет Carrefour и Агрохаб, аптека, поющие фонтаны. На первом этаже дома есть небольшой магазин. Из минусов: напротив на данный момент идет стройка и может быть шумно.
