The studio apartment with its original design is located in the aparthotel ORBI SEA TOWERS, 1.5 km away from the center of Batumi, 3 km - from Batumi International Airport and 7 km - from Batumi Train Station. On the ground floor there is the reception with friendly English/Russian-speaking staff, who will give the necessary advice or recommendations. Guests pay for levator/lift at the reception. Use lift card only for trips up. Down is free. Press the card to the scanner and at the same time press number of the floor 11. Designed to make your stay comfortable the studio apartment has double bed with a comfortable pillow-top mattress, air conditioner, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave oven, electric cooker, electric kettle, TV, iron and ironing board, dryer - everything is in order. Working zone (computer table and a chair) and hi speed wi-fi. The bathroom has a powerful instantaneous water heater. A hair dryer is available. For a truly carefree and pleasant stay of our guests we always do the cleaning before your arrival. Clean towels and bed linen, as well as the necessary tableware are at your disposal. The balcony is equipped with an additional door with a mosquito net to sleep with your window open, there's a Fumitox as well.

Top luxury, 11th floor, gorgeous view to the sea

The city Batumi's district Gonio is surrounded by green mountains. It is known for having the cleanest water on the coast of the sea. Our house stays in 20m. distance from the water and at the promenade in front are many lovelies restaurants/cafes with delicious food! The joyful atmosphere of the beach has additionally many water entertainments (water parachute, paraplan etc.). The silhouettes of 8 mountains are running into the water and one can also see the skyline of Batumi (8 km. – 5$ taxi).

Lagom Flat TomTamEl

Die Wohnung wurde nach meine Vorstellungen designt und gebaut, vieles individuell angefertigt,Wobei auf die Verwendung natürlich Materialien geachtet. So z.B. wurde Dielboden aus echten Holz,Marmor Platten in Bad/Flur. Bei Gestaltung habe ich auch meine Lebensphilosophie berücksichtigt, die dadurch das schwediche Wort “Lagom “ zum Ausdruck kommt, was so viel bedeutet auf Schwedisch wie : “nicht zu viel und nicht zu wenig “ oder auch “ gerade recht”. Wenn du etwas brauchst melde dich bei mir .

The apartment is located on the 9th floor, in the most beautiful part of the Adjara region called Gonio, close to the best beaches of Batumi. There is free parking on site. Two-bedroom apartments with a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea are ideal for couples, business travelers, and families (with children). Also at your disposal is an XBOX Series S, a projector, an audio system, board games, books, and an umbrella for comfortable sunbathing. P.S. There is also a playpen-bed.

Located in a charming neighborhood by Batumi Boulevard, surrounded by great restaurants. The beach is just 5 minutes away (150 m), and you can feel the sea breeze from the balcony. The 40 m² apartment is on the 2nd floor of a historic building, with high ceilings and a cozy mezzanine sleeping area. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and a bicycle for rides along the boulevard.

Iako's Cozy Apartment in Batumi

Enjoy a memorable visit when you stay in this unique place. The apartment is located 10 minutes walk from the sea, and 7 minutes walk from the main park. Located in the middle of old and new Batumi. There are restaurants, fruit markets nearby. The building is not so beautiful and modernized from the outside, but the apartment has enough conditions to feel comfortable.
