Enjoy the log burning fire (wood provided), smart TV & boardgames plus the fabulous Seasons on Mount Snow facilities where you can relax in a hot tub, pool or sauna. We are happy to share our vacation home, which we've lovingly prepared to share. Quiet 3 bedroom within a 5min walk to downtown restaurants, coffee, breweries, and shops. There are 2 full baths, dining room with seating for 6, living room (w/fireplace, board games, record player, & a beautiful view of the mountains w/o blinds), fully stocked kitchen (microwave, oven/stove, coffee maker, flatware, utensils, pots, pans, prep utensils). Outside patio with table/chairs/umbrella and coal BBQ.

The Green Mountain, Colchester, Vermont

Lakeshore VT has 3 separate suites each is a 1000sq. ft. with one bedroom. The one listed here is suite 3. House comes private beach (for all) with the use of a dock. Suite 3 has a king size bed and a sleeper sofa. Full kitchen. Walking distance to Bayside Park which has public tennis courts, volleyball nets, outside skateboard park, and a playground for children. The park also connects to miles of bike paths which can take a rider all the way to the Champlain Islands with a ferry ride.

The condo is within walking distance (5 minutes) to Clay Brook Hotel, where many weddings are held.
