Relax in our claw foot bathtub after a long day of exploring the nearby whitewater park, foothills, green belt or downtown scenery. Cook in the kitchen or walk to nearby restaurants for your meals. Sip your morning coffee on the patio while you plan your next adventure. You'll sleep soundly in the comfortable king sized bed. We hope you'll enjoy Boise but it will be hard to leave your sanctuary at 26th Street Studio.

Floyd's Downtown Cottage

Floyd's is a lovely no-frills duplex, essentials only, getaway a few blocks away from Downtown Boise. Walk/ride to restaurants, breweries, shops, grocery stores, or to the famous Fancy Freez diner across the road. The home offers modern furnishings, fast wifi, a smart TV with access to your favorite entertainment apps, a washer and dryer, and a full kitchen! The Boise River Greenbelt & the Ridge to River Trail system are both a short distance away offering miles of walking and biking paths!

ECO House, 1 Acre Food Forest, near city/✈

Experience a sustainable permaculture urban organic orchard built in 2010 on an acre of land just 2 miles from downtown and BSU and one block from a major bike path. Several quail families enjoy this little “resort” that you are sure to love exploring! A six foot chain link fence prevents younger children from getting out and keep bird predators out. Home is bright, cheery with 80% of the heating and cooling met with the house design. Views of Table Rock, privacy, and a large covered patio.

Located in the quiet northeast corner of the beautiful North End neighborhood, this home is four blocks away from Camel's Back Park and your next adventure in hiking, biking, or running. 7 blocks away is Hyde Park with quaint dining and shopping, downtown is less than a mile and Bogus Basin is 16 miles up the mountain. Welcome to the Depot Bench Inn. Location, Location, Location. Situated just up the hill from downtown and 5 minutes from the airport, it's a great central spot.. This home is a mid-century brick home at the end of a quiet dead-end street that is by the historical Boise Depot. Our home is completely remodeled and feels like a luxury suite. Enjoy all new high-end amenities throughout and rest in comfort knowing that we live in the neighborhood and can assist quickly if necessary.

Private Boise Sunset Studio

In the Sunset area of Boise's north end. Beautiful old homes, tree lined streets and close to downtown, the greenbelt and the foothills. This is a 2nd floor studio apartment with a private entrance. Provided is a full bathroom with shower, refrigerator, oven, sink, and all the stuff you need to cook with. Access for you and your pets to a private fenced garden. Don't be surprised though if you have 3 furry creatures on the other side of the fence begging for some attention.

The Wave House

Just steps away from the Esther Simplot Whitewater Park and "the wave," this brand new cottage has everything you'll need for a great stay! One block from the Greenbelt and just a short bike ride to the North End or downtown make it a perfect location for exploring all Boise has to offer. This house is tucked away with private parking, has abundant natural light and is fully equipped with everything you'll need for a comfortable stay. *Hot tub has been discontinued.
