Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στην καρδιά του ιστορικού κέντρου της Παργας. Συγκεκριμένα, στην πλάγια του λόφου κάτω από το κάστρο. Αυτό κάνει τα πάντα γύρω να είναι προσβάσιμα σε λίγα λεπτά με τα πόδια. Έχει θέα στο κάστρο και στη θάλασσα. Μην διστάσετε να μας ρωτήσετε οτιδήποτε. Σας περιμένουμε με μεγάλη μας χαρά στο πλήρως ανακαινισμένο διαμέρισμα μας (ανακαίνιση 2023)στην καρδιά της Πρεβεζας ειδικά για να σας φιλοξενήσουμε!!Για μας η άνεση είναι εξίσου σημαντική με την αισθητική,για αυτό έχουμε φροντίσει όλες τις λεπτομερειες ώστε να φιλοξενούνται έως και 4 ενήλικες!!Η τοποθεσία του είναι τόσο κατάλληλη που εξυπηρετεί ολες τις επιθυμίες σας με τα πόδια!Σας προσφέρει την ξενάγηση στα σοκάκια της πόλης αλλα και το απέραντο γαλάζιο στην παραλία!!!!!!

Summer house on the bay

A comfortable little house with a garden that opens on the bay and the sea, offering a magnificent view of the sunset. A 10-minute walk takes you to the Alykes salt pans, where there is a "Natura" park with pink flamingos in the right season, normally in spring and autumn. Behind the house there is a private parking. Renting a car is highly recommended for getting around the area, visit villages and beaches, shopping, etc.

Σε μικρή απόσταση από το μαρτυρικό χωριό "Λιγκίαδες" , με απίστευτη θέα στην λίμνη και στο Κανάλι θαλάσσιου σκι, ιδανικό για χαλάρωση με 50 τ.μ βεράντα. Χρώματα και αρώματα φύσης, σε έναν πλήρως εξοπλισμένο χώρο, που μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει από 2 έως 4 άτομα, αλλά και να τους κάνει να το ονειρεύονται, όταν γυρίσουν σπίτι τους.
