Welcome to Happy Ours! Relax with the whole family at this peaceful Chincoteague home. Walk to the park (Pony Swim!). This beachy cottage offers all the charm with plenty of space, in a quiet area with a huge property. This is a family home that we enjoy with friends & family year-round. Feel refreshed when you stay in this rustic gem. You will have 100 acres of private land, family owned since 1818. Creek access for fishing, canoeing, etc. Come and unplug in peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle. Access to the Cheasapeake Bay or the Atlantic is a short drive away. Enjoy the daily sites of deer, turkey, waterfowl, eagles and osprey among dozens of other wildlife. Cabin is 1 mile off the road down a private dirt road. This is a rare experience to sample off grid living.

Front sitting room w/sofa + high-top table. A large upscale kitchen, two sofas in living room, 2 bdrms, & sleeping loft + a tiny office with a twin murphy bed. Large deck-table, sofa + grill. Family home, not ideal for more than 3 adults.

Minutes from our towns new bike trail, boat & Kayak launch, park play ground,Wellington Beach, shopping, Ferry’s to The Islands, fishing piers, restaurants, Crab & Cruise (within walking distance), beautiful views. about an hour drive to Ocean City, Assateague or Chincoteague. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Island Blessing features three bedrooms, two baths with an open living room, dining room and kitchen. First floor has a master bedroom and bath and a rear screen porch perfect for your view of the water. The second floor has two additional bedrooms with a full bath. The lower-level functions as a flex space with a queen bed and comfortable seating. This home is a short walk to Baldy's restaurant and all Memorial Park has to offer.

Even though this rental has a fenced area, dogs must remain leashed while outside due to the close proximity of free-range livestock on the property.
