Pelican Sunset is a waterfront cottage on the Chincoteague channel. Enjoy beautiful sunsets, kayaking, and fishing from the dock. The house is clean, comfortable, relaxing, updated & decorated with original art from Hawaii, the Caribbean, and the Eastern Shore. The property is 4 miles from Assateague National Seashore Park and ½ block from where the Annual Assateague Pony round-up parades horses to the carnival grounds. The dock is also located in view of the NASA Wallops Island launch site.

Peaceful 5 bedroom cottage on the Eastern Shore...

Perfect for watching the ponies walking by during Pony Penning! Peaceful and relaxing! Far enough away from the hustle and bustle but also a nice little walk down Main Street to restaurants and shopping. Very close to the Fireman’s Carnival!
