South facing on the hill overlooking Aberfeldy we confidently boast one of the best views in the area. The house is self contained offering all you require for a relaxing stay in Highland Perthshire. Parking and easy access on the level make it suitable for those who may find steps a problem. We are a 10 minute walk from Aberfeldy and likewise to the local bar/restaurant. Dog friendly there are many walks to explore right on your doorstep. We live next door and are always available for info.

The Owl House at Gardeners Cottage (dog friendly)

The Owl House is a cosy retreat, five minutes from historic Fortingall. This former outbuilding has been lovingly renovated and commands beautiful views over the glen. At night, add some logs to the wood-burning stove, sit back, and enjoy listening to the owls hooting. Glen Lyon, Ben Lawers, Schiehallion, Aberfeldy, Drummond Hill and Loch Tay are just a stones throw away. Well-behaved dogs welcome (please note that we do not allow cats). There is also a bus stop nearby with hourly buses to Perth. Our 3 bedroom house has been sympathetically renovated to retain many original features. There is an enclosed rear garden which is perfect for enjoying summer evenings with garden furniture, barbecue and chiminea. Also very safe for your pets and small children.

The Byre offers quiet, comfortable and character-full accommodation minutes away from the centre of the historical town of Aberfeldy. The former cow byre at 19A has been converted into a two story semi-detached house with two bedrooms and a newly refurbished bathroom upstairs and open plan kitchen, dining area and sitting room downstairs, plus a small porch. Guests can sit out on the patio or in the large garden. There is high speed fibre optic wifi throughout.

Stylishly converted Bothy by River Earn

The Bothy is stylishly converted from two jold stone farm cottages into a luxurious 2 bedroom cottage. The decor is a mix between birch ply panelling and polished cement, giving it a modern Scandi/Scottish feel, yet not losing its original charm and farm history. Some of the furniture has been made from beech and cedar from our farm. With view across the River Earn and surrounding hills, this is a perfect place to come, explore, unwind and relax.
