Great wee place - everything you need, lovely view from the patio, quiet, very comfortable bed.

Absolutely delightful stay. The family room was spacious and ideal for us and our two children. The bunk beds are tucked in a slight alcove meaning the children went to sleep easily and we got to read in peace. The cafe downstairs has delicious food and we all loved everything we had. We will definitely visit again. Nethy Bridge is a beautiful spot and more peaceful than nearby Aviemore.

Thank you for your lovely space! The selling point really was the view and garden which was so much more tranquil in person. We were lucky that the house was empty so we had the space to ourselves. We enjoyed using the BBQ to make our Christmas dinner and although there was a limited kitchen space, it really was functional enough for the week we stayed. Highly recommend the Hot Tub purchase and a read of her book!!

Karen's annexe was extremely clean, comfortable and spacious and it was lovely to relax there after a long journey. Karen very thoughtfully provided many items for breakfast and a well stocked cupboard with cooking basics. Parking was off-road on the driveway. This part of the coast is very interesting - Portsoy harbour is particularly picturesque and Bow Fiddle Rock is an amazing rock feature. We would highly recommend Karen's place and would stay again if in this area.

We highly recommend this property. Sarah and Simon were very friendly and welcoming. Sandy's Place is warm and cosy. Beautifully clean. New, quality appliances in the kitchen. Lots of birds. Hope to see the red squirrels and pine marten next time! A thoroughly enjoyable stay. When we next come to visit our son and his family in the area It will be our first choice of where to stay.

Lesley is fantastic host. Accomodation is very good in all aspects. Rooms are well heated Good equipped Kitchen Good bed Good Shower etc etc

The place was great and Vicki was very accomodating to make 4 guys comfortable. Vicki is an excellent host, very welcoming and on hand to help (she even made us pizza dough) but didn't make us feel crowded. I would definitely go back

The place was very welcoming and comfortable. Lots of space. With a rental car, the parking space was key. And conveniently located for the activities we had planned. Would definitely stay again.

I had driven a long way and the bothy was so quiet and peaceful after hours on busy roads. It was very easy to relax and the local walks around Delgatie castle were lovely, with beautiful birdsong to set me up for a great night's sleep. The bed was comfy and I had everything that I needed. Loved it.

We had a great stay in the apartment. It is the perfect location for walking and exploring the local area and such peaceful surroundings. Briony and Martin were both so friendly and welcoming. Martin took us to the wildlife hide to see badgers and it was absolutely wonderful! We'd highly recommend staying here!
