" Captain's Quarters", at Sylvanrude, Lakebay WA

The Captains Quarters at Sylvanrude is a step into a forest of Douglas Fir, Cedar, and Hemlock. The small apartment is above a garage, and is equipped with a coved ceiling bathroom, (tall folks beware) full kitchen, cozy sleeping area with a new queen bed on antique frame, TV with DVDs only, (wifi is through MIFI, a Verizon source), a private beach fire pit with beach access, and the most amazing sunsets over Case Inlet. If you are a bird watching enthusiast, don't forget the binoculars!

Welcome to our little slice of paradise where you can kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space! You will find here beautiful sunsets showcasing The Olympic Mountains settled beyond Case Inlet. Salt water treasures can be found on our private community beach. Clams, oysters, sand dollars, and sea stars are just a few of the abundant sea life you may see here. Taking long walks on the beach will often provide glimpses of sea otters, seals, sea lions, and the occasional Orca Pod.

This sunny, clean, modern studio in a historic neighborhood has everything you need for an enjoyable stay in Olympia. The spacious studio includes a full bath, full-size washer and dryer, a complete kitchen, and a separate dining area. The studio is in convenient bus and walking distance from the State Capitol Building and Downtown Olympia. Free street parking available. We live upstairs, above the studio, and you will hear signs of life when we are home.

It's bright, clean, comfortable, and family friendly. We're close to parks, trails, and lots of other recreation. Spacious Studio Apt with ample natural light and vaulted ceilings with views of mount Rainier and the puget sound for rent. This rental is located 2 minutes from downtown Shelton, 30 minutes from the state capitol, Olympia, and just over an hour from Seattle, amazing hikes in the Olympics, and the Pacific Ocean. Also- we have a rooster & hens. We offer fresh eggs whenever our hens are laying!
