Boasting a beautiful south facing view with an open plan kitchen, dining and living area at the back of the house, looking on to the back garden, with spacious decking area. At the front we have a lovely living room, with plenty space for the family. The master bedroom provides a king-sized bed and an en-suite with shower. The second bedroom has a double bed, and the third bedroom is currently empty, although we have a travel cot if needed.

A place to get away, relax and enjoy the natural surroundings! Nochty Studio is a eco cabin located on the edge of the small village of Bellabeg in the Cairngorm National Park, in close proximity to Ballater, Braemar, Royal Deeside and on the edge of Moray. The Studio is on the east side of Glen Nochty enjoying open views of the Nochty River and the Doune of Invernochty. The village itself is a 5 minute walk away, with a local shop.

The garden is large and you have full run of the whole premises during your stay. There are some lovely walks from the house.
