Lots of large windows which let in an abundance of natural light and a dedicated work space overlooking the backyard. Free parking. Private patio & smoking allowed outdoors.

Welcome to our cozy ground floor suite with a green garden view and lots of natural light. Enjoy a private entrance and self-contained space with your own outdoor space in our peaceful and enclosed backyard. The suite was renovated in 2024 with a small but full kitchen including a full sized oven and microwave. The back of the house is South facing so you can enjoy the afternoon sun. The suite has one bedroom with a queen sized bed and wardrobe, a futon, and a washer and dryer in the bathroom.

A perfect place to rest and unwind and explore nature in all its beauty. Shopping and restaurants are from 5 mins away by car. It has a fully equipped kitchen, in-suite laundry and outdoor seating, fire pit, bbq & hot tub. Bedrooms can both be twins or kings or a combination for flexibility, please request when booking.

Street parking available for a boat or race car. We are 20 minutes from Abbotsford and a 1/2 hour to Canada/US border crossing. Parks, biking and hiking trails close by. For appliances the kitchenette has a microwave, Keurig, kettle, toaster, bar fridge. There is NO stove or hotplate. A communal BBQ is available. Our family owned hobby farm is currently home to chickens.

Our studio suite offers complete privacy with its own entrance and outside sitting area looking out on our fenced backyard, with a ground level trampoline. We have a king-size bed, your space includes a kitchen with a fridge, microwave, induction stovetop, etc and a lovely bathroom complete with bath/shower. There is street parking available. The house is situated on a grade and does require stair climbing to access the suite. There is no A/C in the unit.
