Haven on the Hill is located just minutes from downtown Abbotsford, the Abbotsford Airport, UFV, ARHCC, Rogers Forum, and only 1 km from the Trans-Canada Highway #1 - Exit 87.

The Nest TINY HOME beautiful views private retreat

Come enjoy a cozy tiny home getaway with stunning views! The kitchen has all the basics you’ll need for cooking, and you’ll sleep like a dream on the super comfy queen Endy mattress in the loft. Unwind by your own private outdoor fire pit, or head out to explore the endless hiking and biking trails just steps away. Golf courses, wedding venues, restaurants, breweries, and great shopping are all just a short drive from the property. No TV , so please bring your own device to connect our our wifi.

Bright Abbotsford Ground Floor Suite

Welcome to our cozy ground floor suite with a green garden view and lots of natural light. Enjoy a private entrance and self-contained space with your own outdoor space in our peaceful and enclosed backyard. The suite was renovated in 2024 with a small but full kitchen including a full sized oven and microwave. The back of the house is South facing so you can enjoy the afternoon sun. The suite has one bedroom with a new queen sized bed and wardrobe, a futon, and washer & dryer in the bathroom.

1 Bedroom Suite (10 minutes from Airport)

Located just 10 minutes away from Abbotsford International Airport by vehicle, this 1 bedroom underground basement suite (naturally on the cooler side) features new appliances and your own designated parking spot monitored by cameras. There are 12 steps going down to the basement, so please be sure you are good with stairs before booking. Kitchen essentials are included, and beds include 1 double and 1 single bed side-by-side. NO CHILDREN, NO SMOKING & NO PETS. TWO OCCUPANTS MAX ONLY PLEASE.

Two bedroom suite, situated at the end of a quiet residential road with easy access to hiking & mountain biking trails. (currently undergoing city construction) Nearest waterfall is 100 steps from the property. A perfect place to rest, unwind & explore nature. Shopping & restaurants from 5 mins away by car. It has a fully equipped kitchen, in-suite laundry & outdoor seating, fire pit, bbq & hot tub. Bedrooms can be twins or kings or a combination for flexibility, please request when booking.

There's a private study for work and a covered garden patio for relaxing. You'll love being surrounded by nature on this stunning property featured in many films. Located in beautiful Mt Lehman, less than an hour from Vancouver.

We welcome you to 'le petit bonheur' (little happiness). Our studio suite offers complete privacy with its own entrance and outside sitting area looking out on our fenced backyard, with a ground level trampoline. We have a king-size bed, your space includes a kitchen with a fridge, microwave, induction stovetop, etc and a lovely bathroom complete with bath/shower. If travelling with your dog, I request a one-time $30 pet fee for your stay. Linens washed with scent-free detergent

Charlie Spruce Carriage Home

A wonderful place to get away !! In this beautiful country setting. The carriage suite has its own private deck looking over the gardens. Access to hiking trails nearby. 10 minute drive to centennial trail, mountain biking trails and Chadsey lake. Minutes away from Ledgeview Golf Course. The suite has a full kitchen and the grocery store has delivery service. We offer an EV station for your convenience, you must provide your own charging adapter! We charge $25 for your stay!

Spacious 2-Bedroom suite with living room, hot tub

Comfortable, spacious suite with beautiful views in a neighbourly residential area. Lots of room for an extended family or group of friends. Put your feet up and relax in the living room. Prepare meals in the well appointed kitchen. Enjoy mountain views in the backyard or while soaking in the hot tub. Go for walks on Abbotsford's "Discovery Trail" (just half a block away) - hike up through forest trails. Close to shopping and restaurants. Make yourself at home.

The Loft

Come relax at the Loft at Windberry Farms! The place offers stunning views of the mountain and beautiful sunsets. There is a patio for sitting and BBQing. We have a large hot tub with rain cover for use all year long. The main event during summer is obviously the pool! A 9ft deep salt water pool with loungers and other seating. We have towels available and a pool house for changing with a washroom.

Entire Studio Suite - Cozy and Private

Our cozy and comfortable studio suite is good for business trips, travellers, short term students, or couples trying to get away. The space is updated and offers a TV and fully equipped kitchen. There is street parking available. The house is situated on a grade and does require stair climbing to access the suite. There is no A/C in the unit.
