Unique hotel apartment downtown Aarhus

Embrace the Scandinavian design aesthetics of this wood-clad apartment. The home features plank flooring, unique artwork throughout, pops of color, an eclectic mix of contemporary and antique furnishings, and rooftop views. You will find a well equipped and cosy Danish apartment here. We love our place, but happily share it with you during the summer. Every thing you might need is here. Two separate bedrooms, with nice double beds. A big dinner table in the dining room, with a great evening light across the city towers. A well equipped, easy to handle kitchen. A comfortably sized bathroom with shower and toilet. A nice hallway with access to the whole shabam. Since we dont believe in television, we can give you a strong broad band wifi in stead. And we recommend a good rainy day spent with one of our many board games! We will drop by and say hello - open the doors, wash dirty linen if needed. All in accordance with you of course. We will not be so far away, and can help if you need. The property is located in the heart of the city just 200 meters from the main street. There is easy public transportation around town, and there are a number of shops, restaurants, bars, and more to explore. Main bus station around the corner. Main train station 5 minutes walk. Free city bikes are usually parked on our street. Parking nearby is possible, but comes with a strict parking fee. Backside neighbour is the police station, so you better behave :-) As we live in the city, online and work hard every day, we like to have a peaceful off-time in the apartment. Hence no TV! WiFi is with you all the way, thought ;-) Also note that our living room is without the usual sofa, focusing on the dinner table as a central point in our life. The couch in the guest room is making up for this monumentous loss. Neighbourhood is primarily young people with lots of city venues around. Wonderful silence can be expected, but not a guarantee in the city center.

I vores hus 4 km udenfor centrum får du hyggelige rammer med kunstnerisk præg, hvor I kan nyde et ferie og/eller arbejdsophold sammen. Udover huset har vi et orangeri hvor man kan nyde morgenkaffen eller en stille stund. Her er masser smuk natur, højt til loftet og gode faciliteter. Et soveværelse med plads til to, lille hems til to børn eller én voksen. Huset her er skævt og unik og perfekt for dig der vil have naturen, og byens muligheder. Busstop direkte ind til Århus C 15 min Gang fra huset.

Vores skønne hus ligger i 1.række ned til Årslev Engsø, som er en del af Århus Ådal. Huset har tre etager. Underetage : Et soveværelse (140 cm bred seng) og vaske muligheder. Stueplan: Køkken/alrum, soveværelse med køjeseng med madras under, badeværelse med brus, veranda, udsigtsterasse. 1. sal: TV-stue, Badeværelse med brus og soveværelse. Til huset hører en sydvendt have med frugttræer, bærbuske, blomster, legehus m.m. Der er cykel afstand til århus midtby og natur lige uden for døren.

Room for the whole family – and then some! House 17 is our bright and spacious family home - quietly located on the edge of the Sol & Vind co-housing community. The kitchen opens straight onto your own little garden, the first-floor living room is big and full of light, and there are three cozy bedrooms plus a combined office/kids’ room, two bathrooms and a TV lounge with a sofa bed on the 2nd floor.

Dejlig rolig lejlighed på Trøjborg, men kort afstand til skov, vand og centrum. - 3 minutter til skov - 20 min til Aarhus centrum - Bus 1A køre 100m fra lejligheden. På selve Trøjborg er der både hyggelige caféer, butikker og gode indkøbsmuligheder. Køkkenet indeholder en opvaskemaskine og alt hvad man skal bruge til madlavning som fx brødrister, toaster, blender osv.
