The place is ideal for 4-6 persons, but we can accommodate up to 8 on request

Tiny House Lindebo near by the Beach

Tiny House Lindebo er et lille hyggeligt sommerhus. Huset er placeret i en hyggelig have, med en dejlig overdækket sydvendt terrasse. Der er 200 meter til busstoppested, hvorfra bussen køre til Aarhus C. Naturen omkring huset byder både på hyggelig skov og 600 m fra huset ligger der en virkelig dejlig badestrand. Kaløvig Bådehavn ligger under en km fra huset. I huset er der spise og soveplads til 4 personer. Håndklæder, viskestykker, dyner, senge linned og brænde til den hyggelige brændeovn.

Village nearby Aarhus cozy cottage

hyggelig, nyere træhytte med køkken m. køleskab, mikrobølgeovn og kogeplade, el-miniovn. Gulvvarme i hytten. Toilet, dusch med varmvandsbeholder 30l, (kort dusch) Dobbeltseng, sofa, spisebord, lille terasse. Tv og wifi. Hytten ligger i haven tæt ved vores hus. Vi bor uden for landsbyen Hjortshøj i skovkanten og tæt på motorvejen. Hunde er velkomne. Udlejes med sengelinned og håndklæder. Afstand til Århus 12 km, til off. transport 600m. Hytten egner sig ikke til længerevarende ophold.

En skøn oase midt i byen - villa

Fra denne centralt beliggende flotte, rummelige og charmerende villa har alle gæsterne nem adgang til alt. Villaen ligger mellem botanisk have, universitetsparken og 10 minutters gågang til midtbyens mange spisesteder og aktiviteter. Villaen er super hyggelig og lækkert indrettet med smagfulde møbler og her er masser af plads - både på den blomsterrige terrasse, i haven og i villaens tre forskellige stuer, store køkkenalrum og fire værelser, hvoraf det ene har en kæmpe sovehems.

Oase med altan tæt på centrum

Her er mulighed for at bo i en hel lejlighed på Frederiksbjerg i Århus. Det tager et kvarter at gå ind til byen. 2 minutter fra hoveddøren ligger bussen som kører næsten konstant. Herefter tager det kun 5 minutter til banegården. Lejligheden ligger i gåafstand til Tivoli Friheden, skov og strand. Der er tale om en privat lejlighed/hjem hvorfor der er tøj, ting og sko i skabene. Dette fremhæves da en gæst troede alle private genstand ville være fjernet, hvilket de ikke er.

Dog friendly apartment in the Latin Quarter

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Many good places nearby. Also the water is almost as close as you can get. I will of course give you a lot of good recommendations for your needs. This is an old building, so some noise must be taken into consideration. If you are a light sleeper, this is probably not the place for you. My dog also lives here, so it is not allergy friendly, but definitely pet-friendly :)
