Locația este ideală pentru petrecerea concediului la mare fiind situată chiar pe malul marii lângă plajă in cartierul Faleză Nord din Constanța - zona Delfinariu aflata chiar la intrarea in statiunea Mamaia. In timpul perioadei de vară acest cartier devine o zonă turistică de interes datorită pozitiei sale excelente cu acces facil catre toate obiectivele sezonului, chiar lăngă plajele amenajate, baruri, terase si restaurante (renumitul restaurant Reyna se află chiar in fata apartamentului).

Even if you arrive late, you will still be able to shop for whatever you need as there are a few stores opened 24/7. In 300 meters you will find all the seaside restaurants from Constanta Port or the pubs from Constanta Old City Centre. Nearby you can also find pharmacies, banks, pastry shops.

Spatiul este recent renovat si cuprinde un dormitor mare cu pat matrimonial și baie, un altul mai mic ce are pat stivuibil (pentru una sau doua persoane, dupa caz), chicineta (plita cu inductie, prajitor de paine, frigider, vesela etc.), umbrar si curte. Este ideal pentru familii sau cupluri care doresc intimitate și liniste.
