We have no shortage of coffee shops in the neighborhood, but Ugly Mugs is the best. Great coffee, a nice selection of breakfast sandwiches and pastries and a cool vibe. Frequented by locals for their morning fix, it also features plenty of comfy seating indoors and a great outdoor patio area as well. Walking distance: 10 min.

They make their ice cream from all natural ingredients with a buttermilk base. Walking Distance: 10 min.

They feature an inviting dining room if you want to go to them and sit down for Pizza and more, and the best part, a late night slice window that stays open until 1 am on weeknights and 3am on weekends. A great place to hit on your way home from a night out. Located in 5 points(6-8 min drive).
