The scenic overlook highlighting the mountains around Lake City is a must-see. Take your camera! (And a jacket - even in the summer, it gets kinda cool and windy at around 11,000 feet!).

The history along the loop tells you why Creede exists. Very informative, a little spooky (there's a haunted mine!), and interesting terrain. No 4-wheel drive required. See the Miner's Museum on your way back into town.

Sounds silly, but the coil laundry is attached to the restaurant! Kip's Grill is a great place to grab lunch or dinner. While you're there you can catch up on your laundry. Is that convenient or what!
