This is my favourite place in the entirety of Toronto. I've gone to this garden since 1992 and it really feels like a separate place from the city. In the summer, the flowers are all in bloom and the entire area is pretty much a cultivated garden/field plus some wooded area. Great for photos, painting live landscapes, seeing small animals, and enjoying the fresh air!
In the summer there are also a lot of bridal parties taking photos so it's fun to people watch.
"Upstairs" in the Learning Gardens and the wood trails is a perfect couple spots to picnic! Bring a picnic lunch one day and find a shady spot under an old willow tree for something you and your family will remember for a very long time.
The best part is the parking and the garden is by donation so it really doesn't cost anything if you don't want it to!

Save yourselves some time by booking online and to also save a few bucks, come after 7pm! Fewer people and cheaper? It's a win-win situation for me.

Lovely place for a day summer trip. This mini Canadian heritage is worth a visit. I would suggest 3-4 hours for the place if you are with kids.

This is one of the best liquor stores we have been to. Service is exceptional, very friendly and informative staff. Lots of brands and categories to pick from and there is usually pretty good sales. The beer variety packs are good if you are having a group of friends over for dinner.

Great prices, good fresh produce and lots of parking. There is usually very little line up and the place is very well stocked. Highly recommend it for daily shopping.

Food typically lacks for a mass catered venue but this is where it shines bright here. The food was some of the best I've ever had for a large crowd. Staff is always friendly and attentive to your needs.

The members at this club are friendly and unpretentious. The golf course is fantastic. The tennis courts are in great shape and the pros are friendly.
