Actually the best Italian bakery ever. Carroll Gardens is an old Italian neighborhood and there are some places that have stuck around - this is one of them, and the cookies, fresh-baked pastries, and cannolis will melt in your mouth. Amazing.

355 Court StActually the best Italian bakery ever. Carroll Gardens is an old Italian neighborhood and there are some places that have stuck around - this is one of them, and the cookies, fresh-baked pastries, and cannolis will melt in your mouth. Amazing.
61 local sells mostly Brooklyn-made products (I think - they might include New York City as a whole, but it's mostly Brooklyn). This is a great place to grab a coffee, a meal, or a drink. They don't mind if you do work here either. Communal seating style. Some events and live music too.
