The interior design in this museum cafe is really spectacular with occasional live piano performances in the afternoon. The food and coffee are reasonable but the setting is definitely worth taking some time out of museum visiting.

Relaxed hipster cafe that serves good, freshly made sandwiches along with good coffee. For later in the evenings they do cheese and meat platters with a decent selection of wines and beers. Very relaxed.

Extremely traditional, not fancy, afternoon tea spot. This bakery/cafe serves traditional British cakes dating back to Henry VIII. Located next door to Kew Gardens it's perfect to combine for a trip to West London.

Originally a private house filled with the private collection of Sir John Soane (a famous architect). It's pretty mindblowing that a private individual could get this large a collection of paintings, statues and other cultural items.
