Visit the church in Trumpan and check out the history of the area. Some bloody battles took place there. Nearby is a nice walk to Waternish Point.

Go to Galtrigill if you want to walk to Dunvegan Head. There's a 'Trig Point' on the Head next to a cliff edge, care must be taken as erosion has weakened the edge of the cliff, but on a good day the view is spectacular.
