The food and atmosphere at Brenner are amazing but the best thing is that they offer a kid's play corner on Sundays with kids supervision free of charge! Booking in advance is a good idea since the free nanny service has become quite popular with Munich's chic parents.

Nage und Sauge has been a favorite with locals for many years. It’s simple but great food and the bar atmosphere make it the perfect place for starting your night out in Munich. If you had one of their good drinks too many, don’t worry, your bed is just across the street! Parks & Nature
Munich is famous for its Isarauen, the river banks of Isar. They start about 500m from our house. There is a path right on the river bank that takes you outside of the city if you feel like hiking. To get to the Isarauen is about a 50 minute walk along the river. Highly recommended!

IsarauenMunich is famous for its Isarauen, the river banks of Isar. They start about 500m from our house. There is a path right on the river bank that takes you outside of the city if you feel like hiking. To get to the Isarauen is about a 50 minute walk along the river. Highly recommended!
Look out for wooden and metal structures along the path – resembles a giant playground for kids. There are signs next to each stop explaining how to use it. The descriptions are in German but the images are pretty much self-explanatory –or just copy the locals!
