Delicious and authentic Mexican food prepared using fresh ingredients. Honest to goodness… this is … do I have to say it? It's yummi. But seriously, the menu is diverse with what seems intriguing recipes. I had the chicken breast with a guacamole topping & side of sautéed veg dinner (sorry, I forget what it's called) and it was delicious! I'm looking forward to trying more of America's dishes ~ she's talented. The staff is great too!

But seriously, the menu is diverse with what seems intriguing recipes. I had the chicken breast with a guacamole topping & side of sautéed veg dinner (sorry, I forget what it's called) and it was delicious! I'm looking forward to trying more of America's dishes ~ she's talented. The staff is great too!

Parks & Nature
The highest peak east of the Mississippi at 6684 ft elevation is right here in Yancey County… with hiking trails and vistas that won't quit! Down 80 South below Celo, you can either start a hiking trail from the bottom (after the Mt Mitchell Golf Course) or continue on to the Blue Ridge Parkway and drive up to the peak and stunning views. A Must See when you're in the area.

A good and strenuous hike down to some spectacular waterfalls… Not sure why it says Marion, because it's more like Little Switzerland… Marion is not in the mountains and these falls definitely are! Breathtaking & exhilarating experience!

Incredible 360 degree views from this natural bald that straddles the NC/TN border. There is an Appalachian Trail head here… Worth the visit ~ a very good easy/moderate hike!
