You can access the East River Ferry to travel throughout NYC. There is a dog park, basketball, a place to get wine or beer in the park on the waterfront.

The catch is that because every show is a NY premiere and most are created with our commissioning support along with a residency - the schedule fluctuates and I cannot always tell you about the show. See something never seen before.

This is much more than a museum and one of my favorite centers dedicated to the creation and presentation of contemporary art. Like The Chocolate Factory, they commission new works (mostly sculpture). They believe in and support the artists creating new work.

I speak about PS1 as the place that Museum of Modern Art really takes risks in a gorgeous reclaimed schoolhouse.
And, do not forget to visit M.Wells Dinette when you are there.

Be prepared to watch those trying their craft or to be there when a name you know stops by to try out new material. And, there are 8-10 pinball machines... great drinks & food. The chili and the chicken soup are family recipes. Boozy brunch.
