This is a must see. This huge castle is by the Bosphorus, and wonderful. Make sure to check that you do not go there on the days it is closed. From there you can go to Emirgan Korusu (Forest).

A large park by sea. I have always enjoyed having breakfast on the hill. From there you can walk in 1 hour by the sea to Küçükçekmece Gölü (Lake), walk by the lake to "Belediye Tesisi" for lunch.
