There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

Check-out time is strictly at 10:00 AM, please be reminded that any check-out time after 10:00 AM will incur an additional charge of $10 for every 10 minutes after 10:00 AM. This allows our cleaners to clean and prepare the home in a timely manner. We appreciate your cooperation on this.

Dishes need to be either washed by hand or placed in the dishwasher and TURNED ON prior to leaving  Please switch off all lights. Please lock all windows and doors. Please remove all items from the fridge/pantry and place all trash in a trash bag (located under the sink).  We'll take care of the laundry! Please place used towels on the bathroom floor and leave linens on the bed.  - Please do not use the neighbor's trash cans at any time.  We appreciate your cooperation!
