A 5-minute drive from the listing, Sylvan Park is my favorite place to be. Brimming with locally-owned restaurants, bars, shops, and bikeable trails, there's so much to do in one area. My favorite attraction is McCabe Park where you can enjoy a 3-mi bike / walking / jogging trail surrounding a beautiful public golf course. Take 10-steps away from McCabe and you'll hit popular eateries Edley's, Pancho & Lefty's, Cafe Nonna's, Lola, and others. Once you're done with Sylvan Park, The Nations, Charlotte, and West End neighborhoods are just a hop away (about .5 miles to be exact).

Home to coffee, restaurants, breweries, shops, and much more, the Nation's is the place to spend a couple of hours on a Sunday afternoon. A hop from downtown, the Gulch is the modern, new approach to Nashville-city eating, drinking, and shopping. Home to beautiful rooftop bars and walkable streets, there's a lot to love from visiting. Also, a great place to run into a local celebrity or two!
