Definitely worth a visit if you're staying with us. This open air living museum sees history brought back to life. See what it was like to live and work in one of the first industrialised in Britain.

A fabulous day out. It has beautiful grounds, an adventure playground for the kids. Spectacular walks, trails and views and is dog friendly. It has its own tea rooms and lots of events throughout the year to keep you occupied.

The bridge is certainly well worth a look. It was built in 1828 by Thomas Telford. It carries traffic over the River Severn.
It has since been strengthened due to the amount of traffic and weight of the lorries.
The best place to park is at The Holt Fleet Pub.

This is a must if you have children. It's been recently renovated and is a family run educational farm park and you can have a fun packed full day out.
There are lots of unusual animals to meet, a half mile ramble course, where you can see more farm animals in the paddocks.

I recommend Bewdley to alot of guests. It is a small town with little independent shops and cafes. It lovely to sit outside by the River, people watching and eating.

We recommend this to our guest. It's had a big refurbishment during covid. It now has several pods along the River which enables outdoor eating even in the rain or you can choose to sit in the conservatory ( where I prefer) overlooking the River Severn.

This is one of the local pubs nearby. It is a 17th century Inn that has recently been refurbished.
It is more of a restaurant than a pub. It takes 10 minutes to drive and if your feeling fit its a 90 minute walk!!
