Directional signs lead drivers from the highway to the Visitor Center. The visitor center is open during the summer and features exhibits on the construction, history, purpose and benefits of Hungry Horse Dam.

Glacier National Park Vehicle Reservation
In addition to a Park Pass, a vehicle reservation is required to enter the park. This is in effect from May 24 to September 8, 6:00 am - 3:00 pm. Information can be found on the national park and government recreation websites. It can appear daunting, but last season we were able to obtain a day-before reservation on four separate dates.
