Great for dinner or just cocktails and appetizers. Their version of a manhattan is one of my favorites. This is a great spot to grab a drink before a show at the DPAC as it's about a 5 minute walk away from the theater.

Outdoor picnic tables, pizza, dogs, and beers- what's not to love? I love their IPA. You can purchase their canned beers as well. This is a great spot to enjoy a beer outside on a nice day.

There are many vendors to choose from inside this downtown food hall! Vendors range from coffee and desserts to fresh fish and Italian food. My personal favorite is to get a pizza and salad from Napoli and eat it at the center bar while sipping on a delicious cocktail or glass of wine.

The best Italian food in Durham! Their brother restaurant, Mateo's, is right next door and is a tapas menu. I would recommend going with someone who wants to share plates, so you can try multiple things!

This renovated old tobacco warehouse is full of shops and restaurants and is a great place to walk around and window shop! You can walk or ride a bike here from the condo. Right next to the Durham Performing Arts Center.

This is a great area to go for a walk- there is a loop around the campus (about 1.25 miles) that is just a couple blocks from the condo. The loop takes you near Broad Street and Ninth Street, where you could detour to grab a bite to eat or get a drink!

Tons of hikes here! Take a look at their website and map out the best route for you. Personally I love the Pump Station trail that runs adjacent to the Eno River. Depending on where you start, the trail heads will be about a 10-15 minute drive from the condo.
