This scenic drive from American Fork canyon looping down through Sundance into Provo Canyon has absolutely breathtaking views. It’s typically closed late November through March, so just google before you go to make sure the access road is open.

These natural hot springs are our city’s namesake. We love going here. Great way to get out and enjoy nature any time of year. They don’t get quite as hot as a hot tub, but it’s still really nice in the winter.

This is by far the biggest and best park around. It’s definitely worth the 15 minute drive.

This is our favorite place for pad Thai hands down, but it is a bit of a drive. We recommend going here for lunch and then stopping by the absolutely massive and amazing Cory Wride Memorial park close by (see the free entertainment section). It’s one of the biggest and most comprehensive parks in Utah, such a great place for kids. So much fun!

Think classic Hawaiian grill flavors. The owners are from Hawaii. Such a friendly place and super chill environment. Their burgers are HUGE and so juicy and delicious. The açaí bowls are incredible too. Can’t go wrong with 7 brothers, this would be our go-to burger place even if it weren’t only 5 minutes away.

The best short hikes 🏃🏔
This is hands down one of our favorite places to go on walks. There’s a great path that goes along the lake in both directions, and going out on the jetty gives way to some of the most stunning views of Utah valley. Best walk times are during sunrises and sunsets.
