Places to Eat in Town
Little It Deli offers hoagies, salads, pizza, pasta and weekend features. The weekend features are posted on the Deli's face book page. This is a BYOB restaurant so if interested stop at 50 Shades of Grapes a few doors up and grab a bottle of local wine. This is a must visit when in town

I love everything coffee so I recommend a stop at Coffee Haus. They boast any coffee drink you like, they bag loose tea in house and offer fresh squeezed orange juice. They offer a selection of sweets, quiche, sandwiches and light fair to go with your beverage. Check them out

Ottos is our local tavern that offers eat in food or take out.
We went to dinner here and the tacos were amazing, homemade everything! My daughter had the seafood basket and loved it as well. Ottos has expanded their outdoor space so eat on the patio if you like!

Mineral Springs Park is located about a mile away. This a beautiful little park with a walking/driving trail that follows a creek bed with many waterfalls and swimming holes. It is also the site of an oil well that was drilled over 150 years ago. There are places to picnic and enjoy the coolness of the trees and water.

Samuel Justus Recreation TrailThe Samuel Justus Recreation Bike Trail is located between Emlenton and Franklin PA. It is approx. a 30 mile bike trail between the two towns and winds along the beautiful Allegheny River and goes thru 2 historic tunnels.
The Allegheny River Trail head is less than a quarter mile walk from the house. It is 12 miles of biking, running, walking or what ever you enjoy. The trail winds along the river and goes through the Rockland tunnel.

This ice cream shop located on the main drag (439 Washington St) in Parker used to be a Catholic Church. It offers hard and soft ice cream, frozen dole whip and a wide variety of lunch or dinner food. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.
