A legend around these parts, The St. Charles Saloon serves the most amazing pizzas and calzones. They have many beers on tap, wines and sarsaparilla. No trip to Columbia is complete without a stop at "The Charlie".

Erik and Gardner do a wonderful job pairing fresh local small plates and tapas with wonderful wines and bubbly. Enjoy them in the restaurant but make sure to grab some bottles and a loaf of fresh sourdough to take back to The Caylor Chalet.
