Newboro is a sleepy cottage town with a real old fashioned vibe. You have the Newboro Locks and park. There's a bar. Couple of restaurants and "lodges" catering to mostly American and English tourists. The town is known for the good fishing on the lake and cycling routes attractive to many bike clubs. Lots of walkers, a pickleball court, old bridge scenic outlook and sunset point and much more.
