Sense of Direction
All named streets are north and south of Dodge street by block number. Traveling on named streets will go east and west by numbers. Downtown is in east Omaha 10th street approximately, Midtown 72nd street, and West Omaha 144th street. South Omaha is about about 45 blocks south of dodge. North Omaha is about 45 blocks north of dodge. Interstate 80 travels east and west. 480 and 680 travels north and south.
