Our favourite cafes ...
The food options in the local area are fantastic. Two of our favourites in the village for brunch / lunch are Saltwater and the Paddle on the green.

We're spoilt for choice in Milford on Sea. You have the Royal Oak which is a 3 minute stroll from our studio and in the village you have The Cave and pubs such as the Smugglers, Lazy Lion, The Wash House, The Gun at Keyhaven

There something for everyone from good pub food to authentic Italian (Ray's Italian), Thai (Britannia Thai) or the Lighthouse or the Beach House down on the seafront. For a special treat we highly recommend Verviene - don't forget to book.
We highly recommend a good mooch around the village and a drink on the village green. Two of our favourite shops:
No.64 The Biscuit House for house / interiors. Be warned you'll want to buy everything. Rockpool Cheese - for the most delicious cheese to enjoy or take home. They will recommend cheese based on your preferences / palate.

Visiting Buckler's Hard, the Sammy Miller Motorcycle Museum or National Motor Museum, a day trip to Lepe Country Park or Moor Valley Country Park. Enjoy the gorgeous Exbury gardens or Furzey Gardens. For the more adventurous try paddle-boarding with the New Forest Paddle Sport Company or explore the area on a Jaunt-e Bike (Chopper style rental E-bikes).
