Consider hiring a driver for your day on the wine trail.
There are many driving services in the areas, unfortunately Uber and Lyft are not consistent or reliable. Here are a few driving options: Main Street Drivers, Winewagen, and Grapevine wine tours. There are many other options as well.

This is a great way to get on the water, they offer guided tours or solo rentals as well. They are located in Watkins Glen at the end of the lake.
