I recently had the pleasure of dining at Yakiniku restaurant name TanYaki JanJan (炭 焼じゃんじゃん) restaurant that left a lasting impression on me. From the moment I walked in, the warm and welcoming atmosphere made me feel right at home. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout my meal. The star of the show, of course, was the food. The Yakiniku was simply mouth-watering. The selection of meats was extensive, with various cuts of beef, pork, chicken, and seafood to choose from. Each dish was expertly prepared, and the flavors were well-balanced and delicious. I especially enjoyed the Wagyu beef, which was incredibly tender and juicy. The restaurant also had an impressive selection of drinks to complement the food. The Sake was particularly noteworthy, with a rich and complex flavor that paired perfectly with the Yakiniku. In addition, one unique aspect of this Japanese Yakiniku restaurant is that they use coal instead of gas to grill the meats. This traditional method of cooking adds a distinct smoky flavor to the dishes and gives them a satisfying char on the outside while keeping the meat tender and juicy on the inside. The staff also took great care in ensuring that the coal was properly heated and tended to throughout the meal to maintain consistent and optimal cooking conditions. Overall, the use of coal added to the authenticity and quality of the Yakiniku experience at this restaurant. Overall, I would highly recommend this Japanese Yakiniku restaurant to anyone looking for a delicious and memorable dining experience. The combination of friendly service and expertly prepared food makes this restaurant a true gem.

Karai Ramen is a unique and flavorful restaurant that offers a distinctive twist on traditional ramen dishes. One standout feature is their original Ankake ramen, which is served with an elegant clear hot water sauce that sets it apart from other oyster sauce and Chinese soy sauce-based ramen dishes. The noodles used in their dishes are Japanese-style kansui Chinese noodles, which are perfectly cooked and pair well with the flavorful broth. The ingredients in the Ankake ramen include mushrooms, dried golden needle vegetables, and a hint of star anise and Sichuan pepper, resulting in a unique blend of Chinese and Japanese flavors. Another notable dish is the San Ramen, which offers a good balance of sour and spicy flavors. The gyoza is average, but the Chahan rice is a welcome addition to the set menu. One potential downside is that Karai Ramen doesn't offer many vegetable dishes, which could be a drawback for vegetarians or those seeking a healthier option. However, the unique and flavorful ramen dishes make up for this limitation. Additionally, a plus point is that the pictures in the menu accurately represent the dishes served, which can be helpful in making your selection. Overall, Karai Ramen is a must-visit restaurant for those looking for a different take on traditional ramen dishes. The original Ankake ramen and San Ramen are both highly recommended, and the Chahan rice is a great addition to any meal. Although the lack of vegetable dishes may be a concern, the delicious flavors of the ramen dishes make it a restaurant worth revisiting to try out their other dishes.

I highly recommend visiting this restaurant that I recently discovered! Every time I passed by the place, I couldn't help but think how much I wanted to go, and finally, I had the opportunity to dine there. As a solo guest, I found the corner of the counter to be the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy my drink at a leisurely pace. Despite being seated at the corner, the staff was attentive and made the ordering process a breeze. Although I dined alone, I couldn't resist trying a variety of dishes, and I must say, the potato salad, sirloin with fresh wasabi, and the flavorful pork soup with abundant toppings were absolute delights☆☆☆. If you happen to be staying at our house, make sure to pay a visit to this restaurant. You won't be disappointed! I will definitely be returning for another memorable dining experience.
