From NYC & Long Island: I-95 S/ (I-278) W/G Washington Br/exit 4B toward Bronx River Pkwy/ follow I-287W exit toward Mario Cuomo Br and take exit 16 for NY-17 toward US-6.Harriman. Take exit 94 toward NY-206. Take right on 357 and left on Rich rd right before the Ouleout Creek golf course. When you see the red barn, make a left and keep staying on the left we are the last house on the road. From Albany, NY: Go west on I-90 to I-88 at exit 25A; Follow I-88 west to Oneonta; leave I-88 at Exit 15 for NY-23/NY-28S and turn left on NY-23/NY-28S, then right onto NY-28S. Turn right

Our lake is close to ~15 feet deep. Swim at your own risk. We do have life jackets in the storage for use. Please put on life jackets prior to getting into the water. Fishing: We DO NOT have have fishing gear. Guests who want to fish will need to bring their own. There is a local Dick's sporting goods nearby.

It is recommended to bring long pants and socks for hiking and to always check for ticks once leaving the premises. Always wear closed-toe shoes.

1. TRASH & RECYCLABLES: Must bagged & tied and placed into the bins in the garage 2. SHEETS, PILLOW & DUVET COVERS: Must be stripped off the beds & tossed into the laundry cart. 3. TOWELS: All used & dirty be placed into the laundry cart. 4. LIGHTS OUT: Ensure all lights & fans are turned off and any electrical appliances are also off. 5. LOCKS: Make sure all doors are CLOSED securely and the door is safely locked. 6. KITCHEN: Ensure the gas stove is turned OFF. Please throw away all garbage in tied bags (see #1.)

7. PATIO: Remove all seat cushions and store into deck box. Umbrella to closed position. 8. A/C: Ensure thermostats and fans are off before departure. 9. DISHWASHER: Place dirty dishes into the dish water and leave on the wash cycle with detergent 10. GAMEROOM/KARAOKE: Please return all activity accessories to their original place. IE: Ping pong paddles/cards/game boards/ pool cues/remote controls and mic's.
