Neighborhoods

Greenehaven is a quiet neighborhood about 12 miles north of Page, close to the Utah/Arizona border and within 5-10 distance to Lone Rock Beach and Lake Powell Resorts marina. A perfect neighborhood to walk around in the morning and late afternoon, you will see bunnies on the road and the spectacular Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument from afar. A gas station is in the neighborhood, with a 24-hour minimart. They have everything you need during your stay.

Food scene

Locally owned, delicious fried chicken joint with indoor and outdoor seating. It can be quite busy during the summer.

If you're peckish for sushi, this is the place to go. The reviews can be mixed, but I've always loved the food and how fast the food comes out.

Sightseeing

Beautiful viewpoint to see a horseshoe-shaped meander on the Colorado River. Come in the early morning before the other visitors arrive, or wait until later in the afternoon so you can view the sunset. Parking is $5 per car.

Antelope Canyon

Antelope Canyon represents the power of wind and water. There are Upper Antelope Canyon and Lower Antelope Canyon, and you need to arrange the visit in advance (sometimes months in advance) due to the limited number of people allowed into the canyons. A Navajo guide must accompany your group at all times. Upper Antelope Canyon is the most popular, a walk-on canyon that is easy for children and the elderly alike. Lower Antelope Canyon has steps down and up but has wider passages.
준비물

Adventure abounds!

I would recommend these things to pack: - Sunscreen: even during winter, the sun can be quite unforgiving. - Light jacket (summer) and thick jacket (winter): Wind can come at any time during the summer, and you can see 30 degrees Fahrenheit during the winter.
