The Adelaide Central Market is one of the largest undercover fresh produce markets in the Southern Hemisphere, with 1 million kilograms of fresh produce delivered to the Market and sold every month. It's also interconnected with Adelaide's China Town where there are plenty more great restaurants.

Black Bird is a local favourite for great value and high quality charcoal rotisserie meats. It's very conveniently located for a nice takeaway dinner and also offers a nice fully licensed setting to dine in.

McLaren Vale Wine Region
Coriole Vinyards is a great place to start exploring SA's wineries in the McLaren Vale region. Other personal favourites include Samuels Gorge, Mollydooker Wines, Wirra Wirra Vinyards and d'Arenberg.
Keep an eye out for music events at Coriole. As while they may be rare, popular artist such as FKJ and Jordan Rakei have performed there during the 'Here's to Now' festival.

Chaffeys RoadCoriole Vinyards is a great place to start exploring SA's wineries in the McLaren Vale region. Other personal favourites include Samuels Gorge, Mollydooker Wines, Wirra Wirra Vinyards and d'Arenberg.
Keep an eye out for music events at Coriole. As while they may be rare, popular artist such as FKJ and Jordan Rakei have performed there during the 'Here's to Now' festival.
Local Beaches
A nice beach hosting popular bars and a busy nightlife scene in addition to restaurants and shops.
If you prefer more peace and quiet away from the busier crowds, Brighton Beach is just 5 km south of Glenelg. It's still a very popular spot for a swim, but somewhat more subdued.
