Not super cheap, but HUGE variety of food and it's all really good (at least, everything I've tried). My favorite is the Nori wrap (think sushi burrito). Locale is also inside The Sundial, which has a few shops and restaurants and is close to the downtown St Pete waterfront.

Locale Market
