Our historic neighborhood is a hidden gem nestled in the heart of Central Phoenix. The streets are lined with palm trees and one of a kind homes from the early 1900’s. The neighborhood runs down Flower st, Cheery Lynn st, and Earl dr and is bordered by Randolph Rd, 16th st & Osborn. Each house is unique with it’s own history & charm. Also Bordering the neighborhood is the Phoenix Country Club, The Phoenix Conservatory of Music, and several local restaurants. You will see plenty of neighbors out walking their dogs and enjoying the AZ sunshine!

CityScape
Downtown Phoenix’s premier shopping and entertainment complex home to a bowling alley, comedy club, live music, and several notable bars and restaurants including the Whining Pig & Pigtails, Blanco Cantina, Bitter & Twisted, The Arrogant Butcher, and Wren & Wolf.
The Arizona Biltmore is a beautiful hotel with deep rooted history. The surrounding area offers high end shopping and restaurants and beautifully manicured landscaping. A few spots worth mentioning are: Hillstone Restaurant, Flint & The Upstairs at Flint, Saks Fifth Ave, Ralph Lauren, True Food Kitchen, Seasons 52, and The Collins. This area is a 10 minute drive from the airbnb. I also recommend checking out the hotel grounds and golf course if you have the time as they are stunning.

3200 N Scottsdale RdOld Town Scottsdale is fun historic western strip of some of the best boutiques, local dives, art galleries, live music venues, restaurants/bars etc—Old Town has it all! It is a very nice place to spend the day taking in the sights, shopping, eating & drinking. This is a 20 min drive from the airbnb.

My favorite spots include: Buffalo Chip (large country bar with live music and a weekly rodeo), El Encanto (Mexican with an expansive gorgeous patio) Ravens View Wine bar (go for happy hour after a hike!), Blue Wash Trailhead Hike (it has awesome views at the beginning and a little waterfall at the end!), and The Grotto Cafe (great for lunch with occasional live music). Sightseeing
Just 40 min east of the house, you’ll find the beautiful Saguaro Lake & Salt River. You can take a leisurely hike around the lake or bring a blanket/towels and have a picnic on the lake’s sandy shore. There are also kayak and paddle board rentals available! If you’re lucky, you’ll see the Salt River wild horses grazing nearby! This is a great day trip for water lovers or people looking for an easier hike with gorgeous views!

The Farm at South Mountain
6106 S 32nd StThe farm at south mountain is an expansive plot of land at the base of south mountain with 3 restaurants and tons of space to spread out and enjoy the views and sunshine! I highly recommend their breakfast restaurant Morning Glory Cafe! There are picnic tables spread out all over the property or you can also bring your own blanket to throw down and have a picnic. You can walk around and explore the farm or just bask in the sun or shade.

This is an adorable bowling alley and bubbly bar!! They have an Asian fusion menu with fun cocktails and you can reserve a lane for duckpin bowling!

This place has an awesome indoor/outdoor area with yard games including ping ping and cornhole. Lots of TVs and lots of space for large groups! Their food is great and they carry a lot of local beers on tap! Highly recommend for large groups!!

They have THE best green juice and cold brew, a delicious food menu, and an adorable gift boutique too with lots of local AZ items.
Luci’s now has a few locations in Phoenix/Scottsdale. Two of them are close by the Airbnb, both about 10 min away. Luci’s at the Orchard is my favorite because of their outdoor space, and neighboring candy/ice cream shop! There is also Luci’s marketplace that has open air seating and the exact same menu!
If going with a large group, I suggest sending someone from your party early to save a table or 2, as seating is first come first serve!
