Sunday to Thursday they usually offer 2 courses for £20 (with a couple of exclusions). The fish is excellent but they also have steak for those wanting meat. The owner is a bit quirky but the food is really good.

This is a lovely Turkish Restaurant, some of the dishes have really unique flavours. It can be a little busy at times so booking is advised.

Takeaway Pizza located very nearby. The spice for their chips is really tasty and the chips are always beautifully dry. Their pizzas are great, and many of our friends travel across Scarborough to get their food from here.

Drinks & Nightlife
Neil has a soft spot for Real Ale and they keep theirs in great condition at a good price. There are usually 4 or 5 different guest beers on. They also have a dart board tucked away downstairs.

This is our preferred pub as a couple, there are normally a couple of guest beers and it has a more upmarket feel than the other pubs we mention.

Literally a stones throw from the house this is a nice venue if you aren't going into town. There is sometimes live music and other events.

In the graveyard is the grave of one of the Brontes. Situated near the castle there are some lovely views around here over both north and south bay.
