Welcome to our home. We hope you enjoy your stay. If you need anything or have any questions, feel free to reach out to us. We have tried to anticipate everything that you should need during your stay, but if we have forgotten something please leave us a note so we can continue to improve. * No Smoking of any kind in the apartment. * No Pets allowed in the apartment. We want to you to make yourself at home. But there's a few little House Rules we would like you to remember while under our roof - have a look at the checklist below. Thank you so much for respecting our space and we hope you enjoy your stay. * No Unregistered Guests Overnight. * No Shoes worn inside the apartment, please. * Quiet Time 10pm-8am. * No Parties or Large Gatherings. * Lock up whenever you leave the apartment. * Turn off the electronics when not in use.

It's wonderful to have you stay with us! We offer you a wide range of things to help you enjoy your stay. So, sit tight and read about all the goodies we have tucked away. PARKING: We have free parking and a well-lit driveway. If you should need the driveway lights on for when you return at night, the switch is right outside in the entryway outside the apartment suite door. The switch is labeled for you. You may park wherever you wish in the driveway.

UNLOCKING: If the front door is locked when you arrive/return there is a lock box on the righthand side of the shared main door entrance. The Key code is the same as your apartment door code that was given to you. When entering the main door entrance, the apartment suite is straight ahead, there is keyless entry code to the apartment. LOCKING: If you would like, you can lock the deadbolt on the exterior shared main entrance door at night for that added comfort of feeling secure along with the deadbolt on the Apartment Suite door. The knob for the deadbolt is the upper knob.

DRINKING: You can drink the water from the tap if you choose, however there is bottled water in the refrigerator for you to drink. Coffee, Hot Chocolate, and Hot Cider is located in the cupboard above the coffee maker. Hot Tea and Single serve creamers are located in the drawer under the Coffee maker. Sugar and Sugar Substitutes are to the Right of the coffee maker on the counter. We are Lipton Tea drinkers, so that is to the right of the stove on the counter. In the white container is the regular Lipton Tea Bags and in the clear container is the Decaf Tea Bags.

TELEVISION: There are 2 TVs in the apartment. A 50"TV is in the Living Room/Common Area and a 32" TV is in the bedroom with the King Size Bed. Both have Xfinity Streaming Cable TV that is accessed through the Roku, along with other Streaming TV apps such as Netflix, Hulu, Disney + that allows you to log in your accounts away from home. TOWELS: You can find towels, hand towels and wash cloths in the closet in the bathroom. Please use dark linens when removing make up. BLANKETS: If you need extra blankets, you will find that each bedroom closet on the shelf has an extra comforter and pillow.
