Wonderful park in the middle of nowhere. It's a 15 minute drive from almost everything, but we were looking for a new activity for our kids, and this park was perfect. Great playground equipment and well maintained. It also has an open-sided shelter with picnic tables - perfect for lunch.

Cool bridge, beautiful views on both directions. You can make this a quick stop by just checking out the bridge or longer if you add in a hike and picnic on the attached trails and picnic area in Ferris Conservation area. In the park there's a more rugged trail that follows the fenceline and has more scenic views or an easier trail that runs up higher but doesn't have the same views. Also a variety of trees are labeled in the area if you enjoy that type of thing.

He was excited when we pulled up. Grabbed lots of pics, and the staff was super friendly. They asked if they could grab pics for their social media page and of course we let them. The person who registered us was very nice. We were tourist, so we asked for more information and the lady at the reception gave us detailed information to visit. Worth learning new things. Was also able to see an actual air force flying in the sky. Fees are 8$ per person, no reservation required. Takes about 1 hour to complete the visit.

Great little course! More of a local home flavour to it which I like. Greens and fairways are in good shape. Not bad roughs. The people that work there are all friendly! Challenging layout too!

My Golf partner and myself had the best time at this course and the staff were wonderful. Lush beautiful greens. Par 5’s were generous and putting was fun! Loved the back 9. Thanks for the great visit. We will be back!

1993 Asphodel 7th LineMy Golf partner and myself had the best time at this course and the staff were wonderful. Lush beautiful greens. Par 5’s were generous and putting was fun! Loved the back 9. Thanks for the great visit. We will be back!

Just might be the best fish & chips I have ever eaten! First off the staff are amazing, Fries are done right, fresh cut, and fried twice! (cooled between cooks, makes them extra crispy without cooking them too death) As for the fish, We had the Halibut it was thick cut with a nice golden crispy batter and huge. Tarter and coleslaw was amazing too. we were a party of 6 and everyone left more then satisfied!

5 stars for this small town Chinese restaurant. Sometimes Chinese restaurants in small towns can be questionable, but this place was on point. I had the Szechuan beef, and the BBQ pork with vegetables. Great taste and lots of flavour. Fresh ingredients. Big portions. Great value. The owner lady was very friendly as well. If you like a little heat, go for the Szechuan. Great Chinese food even in a small town. Gotta love it!

Friendly staff! Such a nice experience back on a patio. We didn't have a reservation but they fit us in comfortably. The chicken pineapple quesadilla is delicious & super filling! Great prices.. amazing view. Can't wait to go back!
