Now called "The Bakist", this is a great place to stop in for a quick coffee or pastry. They offer some of the best baked goods in the area and their staff is wonderful and welcoming. This is walkable from our home, or there is street parking and a small lot across the corner from this bakery.

Sightseeing
This is the heart of our town and you'll find everyone loves to walk the boardwalk and pier. You can walk to the north end of the boardwalk from our home (about 0.4 miles) or you can drive down and there is parking near the pier.
Seasonally there is a fee to access the beach, but it's free to use the boardwalk and pier. During the winter months, the beach is free as well.

Access has been limited at times during Covid-19 to eliminate crowds, but they always post signs at the entrance with the current visitor policy. This rocky beach is famous for finding shark teeth and fossils.
