Eagar is a hidden gem for Arizona. Located in the White Mountains of Arizona, this mountain town is a gateway to hiking, skiing, fly-fishing, horseback riding and much much more! John Wayne once had a ranch here and enjoyed participating in the many parades still put on today.

Layers are key for these mountains!
By having multiple layers of clothing, you can adapt to the possible rapid change in weather. We experience Monsoon weather from mid July to September that can change temperatures in an instant. For hiking or even watching a local parade, it is good to be prepared!

Hiking Forest Service Land
Hikes can range from easy for the whole family to extreme and very dangerous. Always be prepared to check in with someone before enjoying a hike in these mountains. Hiking guides are provided in the room to help point you in the right direction.
